Prosperity Health & Wellness Clinic proudly offers Functional Medicine services, Hormone Optimazation for woman across all seasons of life, and offers services in 2 locations; as well as via Telehealth.

The practice was established in Grand Island in 2019 by Family Nurse Practitioner, Brooke Boggs APRN. By 2022, we have grown to 2 locations and expanded our service offerings. At PHWC, we deeply appreciate every patient that comes into our world and allows us to hold space for health and healing.

Brooke Boggs, APRN

Brooke is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2013. She graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing Degree from Georgetown University in 2016. Prior to receiving her nurse practitioner license, Brooke worked as a registered nurse in the hospital setting for 10 years. As a nurse practitioner, she has worked in a rural private practice clinic and a Federally Qualified Health Center. She has a passion for preventative, wellness-minded medicine in addition to managing chronic health conditions; such as, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity. Brooke is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Nebraska Nurse Practitioners (NNP).
In 2022, Brooke became an AFMC Certified Functional Medicine practitioner. Additionally, she will be completing her certification to be a Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator in October 2022.

Aurelia Cervantes

Aurelia has been with PHWC since its inception in 2019. She plays a critical role in keeping the clinic running smoothly and works directly alongside Brooke to provide patient care. 
She is actively working on her health coaching certification and in early 2023 will take over the health coaching duties for the clinic. 
Aurelia enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her 4 children and and her granddaughter. 
Latest Clinic News:
October 2022:
*2nd location in Kearney is up a running!
*We have added Functional Medicine services. We will begin a slow transition away from Primary Care services. 
*We have also added "Healthy Living Accountability" programs for ongoing support. Call for more details on packages!

Coming Nov 2022:
We will begin offering 1:1 and Group Breathwork sessions!!
*Personalized Health Coaching services will also be added!!  

We will continue to offer Virtual and In-Person visit options!
